Cynthia D. Rendon
Background
Cynthia D. Rendon ("Cindy") obtained her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law in 1998, where she was a recipient of the Judge Bill Junell Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Law. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in 1995, where she was a recipient of a full-academic scholarship and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. In addition to having a law license, Ms. Rendon is also a licensed claims adjuster and is qualified to adjust professional and general liability personal injury claims.
Representative Experience
Cindy has extensive experience handling civil litigation matters, including but not limited to complex commercial litigation, commercial collections, post-judgment enforcement, premises liability, products liability, and general negligence claims. Cindy also represents individuals in family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, child support disputes, and post-divorce modification and enforcement actions. |
