Mr. Hale received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University (1994) and his law degree from South Texas College of Law (1998). He began his legal career with a large Houston-based litigation defense firm and established his own law firm in 2001. Since he began practicing law, Mr. Hale has represented more than 800 clients, and the lawyers in his firm have represented several thousand clients, predominantly in hotly-contested litigation matters. The law firm, which has continued to grow since inception, has enjoyed a long history of successful settlements and jury verdicts in state and federal Courts throughout Texas.

Personal

Mr. Hale is a proud native of Texarkana, Texas and has lived in Houston since 1995. He lives with his wife/co-counsel, Cathy, their spoiled rotten son (Hank), a shaggy dog (Cubby, a goldendoodle) and an extremely patient cat (Dezzy, a cornish rex).

Hobbies/Interests

In addition to spending time with his family, Mr. Hale, a former collegiate tennis player,enjoys playing competitive tennis. He is also a college football fanatic. Geaux Tigers!!
